Mastering the Art

The Amigo Group is delighted to announce a historic milestone achieved on October 26th – the inauguration of our very own Caveau de Sabrage, making us the first restaurant in Mauritius, outside of twelve select hotel establishments, to receive this prestigious accreditation from the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or. This accreditation not only distinguishes us as an authorised venue capable of awarding the diploma of sabreur but also enhances our positioning in the culinary world. Our guests now have the unique opportunity to indulge in the exquisite blend of celebration, refined cuisine, and the art of sabrage – the ceremonial opening of a champagne bottle with a saber.
